Give Mazey's Special Stat Card some % of Speed

Hi, my suggestion is about the Mazey's Special Stat Card .
It gives +25 All Stat, +15% Crit Chance, +15% ATK-Speed and +20% DCT.
In my opinion, the card lacks Movement Speed. So my suggestion would either be to add some % Speed to each card, or switch it with ATK-Speed, because +75% ATK-Speed is completely useless to any of the classes ingame. I think +10% Speed each card would do it.
A 100.000 RC card should give all the useful stats and i guess Speed is useful

It's not really needed as you can easily get the maximum speed of 200% with the Velo/Sprint Scrolls and some of the Penya Powerups.
