By the way about your post. I'm an Arcanist. For me a 100% Cast is satisfactory already. I believe its the Max Casting Time for spells/skills. Correct me if I'm wrong. Tho, you can have a Cast higher than 100% (When you press H, look for the Cast) for there are 300% Decreasing Casting Time (DCT) awakes and you can Equip those items together reaching a higher percentage of Cast. I looked on to it and scrutinized the difference. But for me its just the same.

I personally notice a difference between 100% and 200% DCT. But it doesnt hurt getting a lot more DCT just to be sure that you got the max DCT.

I thought 150% was the max dct. Guess I was wrong.
