hi admin, i need your answers about my query.
my account has been banned a month ago, i assumed.
well, i had this day, when i tried to log in my account, and it says there that i am banned from which i don't exactly know what i did.
at first i just thought that it was a mistake or an error on the sever, but every day, weeks, and now month i have tried to log in, it still didn't work out.
so i contacted one of the online GM on the game, SHAI was the name of the GM, she/he told me that i should go here and post my query, so that you guys can help me as fast as you could.
ever since i played this game, i really know that i never and didn't tried to do bad in there, so anything that i do that you think its bad and can lead into banning of my account, pls. forgive for i have not intended to do it, again i am sorry, and i hope that i can retrieve my account. thanks in advance.
