Please refrain from double posting. If you would like to add something, use the edit button. As for your problem, include Mazey Flyff Patcher.exe and Neuz.exe applications in your firewall and antivirus exception list.

The error occurs if your (1) IE browser attempts to use a proxy or (2) you have more than one security program installed in your computer (i.e. Antivirus)
Try these recommended solutions:
1. Go to Control Panel> Click Network and Internet> Open Internet Options> Go to Connections Tab> Click LAN settings button> Uncheck all tick boxes> Click Ok>Then, another Ok button to take effect changes.
2. Keep one antivirus active, uninstall or disable any other antiviruses.
Try these recommended solutions:
