Missing item from bag

Although I do not have visual proof of me owning this item, I have people that can vouch for me and say I did own it and was in fact selling it. So, today when I logged in my Seraph to try and setup a shop and sell my Full donor STA 2h Legion sword with 2h Minecraft sword model, I noticed that it was missing from my bag. I'm not sure where it went and no one has access to the account I use, nor have I taken it off of the account. I don't know if it randomly disappeared when I transferred it from bag>inventory or what. Help pls ;-;

Have you checked your alts if they have your templar sword? If not, then you might have sold it for another currency and not for RP.

I haven't set up a shop in days to sell it, and no I keep it on my RM to vend. I know it's been in my bag, but when I was transfering other things from my bag to my inventory to begin vending, I noticed it wasn't there. I don't put my selling items on any other char.
