I would like to suggest Reonan NPC to be added to the game. He offers a whole lot of chain quests that give a nice bonus for new players. In addition some experienced players also do these quests because they are fun and enjoyable.

Since penya is not the main currency in this server, another quest reward that replaces the penya rewards would be ideal. With the Reonan NPC, players will know where the cloak actually comes from thus they will have the opportunity to go adventuring with the long chains of quests.
