Edit the folder's name to be "WdMarket", and not "WDMarket. If that does not work, then:

This is caused by the DNS error in internet connection settings. To fix this issue, turn off your router/modem for 5 - 10 minutes. If the process still do not work, manually set your DNS server in your internet connection settings.

Delete Neuz.exe and repatch. If that does not work, re-install the game.
