Mentalist Class

Should I make a mentalist? Like, for real, spam the auto attack on menta and 1 hit everything? Cause that seems fair right? Most menta one 1 hit k.o my templar spamming that auto attack, and I must say, its pretty annoying, since its a cheap way for people to win in arena or siege.

I have a switcher Mentalist and the only thing I've heard--and saw--about 1 hit normal attack for Mentalist is against ICD type. I can't fathom how a Mentalist would be able to 1-hit a Templar considering the fact that Templar doesn't have an ICD bonus in their gears. Are you FD Templar? I might be inexperienced about Mentalist Vs. Templars but as far as my knowledge is concern, I can't see how a Mentalist can 1-hit a Templar using a normal attack. I'll probably have to see it for myself.

He is probably not a FD Templar. Plus, by "cheap way" I don't think it gets a lot closer to a FM, which can really 1-hit-ko. A mentalist can do the same against certain classes (full ICD types) and against certain people (non-FD non-ICD classes).

True that. I really doubt that a non-donor Mentalist can deal a damage much more than a non-donor YJ's HoP (against ICD type excluded).

Heres a thing . . If ur a menta and all u do is normal hit agaisnt a switcher bp . Than dont even play a menta u will loose lol.

I do have a FD Templar, I switch between tank type and icd temp. Even with tank mode, my temp still gets 1-hit easy from decent looking menta, not some unknown people spamming it.

If you have ICD-gears then I could understand that. But with STA type? I'm really curious about your STA build and the Mentalist's gears.

uhm.. i am curious about what you said a menta can 1 hit a tank type temp.. i made a temp, non donor.. i have around 590m hp.. 760m with complete hp items and rm buff..

from what i experienced.. i know a temp will always win against a skiller mentalist because of the reflect.. unless you normal attack them and as a mentalist you have a decent amount of hp that could withstand the reflect and hopefully kill them with around 5-10 hits..

with my 560m hp as a temp.. i tried dueling a donor menta.. he can kill me with 3 hits ( not sure if full donor awakes but he has donor weapon and shield )

well i dont really know how ^_^ i just put sta awakes on everything i have... 800 sta awakes per item except boots and gloves.. all items are hp%.. lol..

weapon and shield +800 sta awakes?
