Rarity Scroll

Since using rarites to upgrade ur items is like 1% of getting legendary. Why not add a scroll that upgrades the percentages to like a 5-10% . Cost 50vp-75vp or 15$ . So Mazey can lay in money like how he did from the Rarity Update .
