Legendary Hair with no stats

aminus dungeon drop a legendary kurenai hair F but it has no stats so i tot its waste but then i try to wear em up to see if its a waste or not but then it do add stats and when i sell some call me scammer T.T:: do really legendary hairs with no stats is a waste???

I personally evaluate it. There is actually 230 every stat given by leg hat with no stat shown. But I didnt calculate the attack and hp rate of it as I have no time last night.,

I know what you feel I've been said that too by a FRIEND, but anyways this is what I think the items that have rarity definitely have stats its just that it doesnt shown. I guess we need mazey and other admin to fix this. Btw you don't have to calculate the attack and hp anymore cause i have 2 legendary with same stat its just that the other doesnt have stat shown(Pinanoco Hair)
