First I wanted to say that I know I should not trust anyone however, relied paid to buy that item and unfortunately was robbed by this player image he's with my item cs I bought with real money do not know what he did changed the name or another character did not know so I'll ask our gms check what this player did with this cs and hopefully give me because I count on the support stopped playing other servers for lack of support and hope this help me thank you.

It seems like the player sold already the donate fashion he stole from you and deleted his character afterwards. The other characters that he owns are already now banned. Unfortunately we cannot retrieve any of those. The only possible way for you to get your items back is by him returning it. (He will be unbanned if he does) Thank you for reporting.

You are responsible for your own items. The only thing we can do is to help you out by doing those I mentioned above. We never fail to remind players to take extra caution and avoid lending/trading (or any of that sort) their items to other people as there is a high risk you won't get your items back anymore. Be careful next time.
