what is the best cloak or let say items for a FD slayer? cuz there are a lot of items to choose. PvE slayer,colo and boss hunt. thanks!

Imo, if you are planning to do MC, then go for PvE cloak (Zombie Hunter). But if you are planning to go Colo/Boss Hunt, then use Seaking W/ PvE awake. The reason being, if you have a lot of PvE% on your Slayer, it will start hitting '1' damage only i.e. you are hitting the damage cap. For some reason, the boss from Colo and MC has different defense. Meaning, even if you have a lot of PvE%, it will not matter as long as you are hitting the boss from MC. At least this is based on my experience though.

PvE will increase your damage more than Increased Critical Damage if you already have a good amount of ICD on your equipments such as helmet, weapon and shield. STR and PvE diamonds are more beneficial than DEX and lifesteal, because STR and PvE adds damage, while the block stat is not that useful when you kill something fast. In addition, lifesteal can be compensated with the use of a healer or Remantis. I believe you are sacrifising 25% PvE there.
