Sent by mistake to a deleted char

Hello, I have sent rps by mistake to one of my chars but by mistake i added an i to the name and i deleted that char a while ago.
So please contact me to know what i can do. Thanks

You may request the player to return the item/Rp back but we do not refund/restore items that are human error.

What player ? the rps wee sent to my char which were deleted, And i think since the char is deleted the mail shouldn't be sent at all right ?
