Hop in Siege (COnfusing Me)

Im wondering how much max hop can harle make in siege . without seraph buffs .. cause when im in siege my FD FM Full(STA) can 1hit me , that harle don't have any seraph buffs, but he got couple buffs.. So, can i ask the max hop for siege ... for example, the harle got full potion and buffs + Premium w/ couple .. but not have seraph buffs ... ??

Around 580-600. With PvP Shield maybe some more. I tested with 1k Atk one.

@Pauline you sure? i bet you cant go up to 600+ hop without potions and rarities.

you mentioned no colo pots and rarities? hmm, Im out for a month, is there something potion buffs or hop buffs that happened ? can someone please tell me what im missing here. and please @Pauline do you mind sending me or post here a screenshot of you with inventory open so i can see if you dont have rarities on it and prems.
