Since you lock my older post, but my case is not been solved. I should not be banned permanently. My offense is not that bad to ban me permanently. Its on rules that I should be ban temporarilly.. Injustice for a loyal mazey player. Please consider my apeal.

14. Scamming is a serious offense. We cannot refund what was lost, but please give staff members’ evidence of the scammer. They WILL be banned for 3 days to permanently, depending on the scam.

There is no ban temporarily ....

They will be banned for 3days to permanently, but there is no ban temporarily. As stated by lDlarkCaster

According to the proof/report that was submitted, Caloydelic you did attempt to sell a fashion with 3x awakenings as if it was a Sopa item....which falls under a type of scam. As far as the punishment is concerned according to Rial. It results in a perm ban

But no one got scam tho. Well I already explained my side and accept my fault to the things I've done.. its just that the rules with 3days to perma ban is not that clear.. (depending on the scam) in my case no one got scammed... thats why i feel so bad about my punishment, well I guess its a goodbye to mazey flyff.. I just cant imagine this would happen to me. I do agree that the rule seems a little ehh....but said that's up to the admin to make the call since I am not aware of the full case... sorry mate Sad

It would the same as attempting to hack the game but failing. Not being punished for hack attempt is simply wrong, as wrong as scam attempt.

Case is solved and locked.
