Good Day sir i have to report a Player because im buying a items and then i just dc and when im lon ig to game he keep saying bad words which mean it is in the rules of the game that is put.. Can u please ban or what punishment should be do to this person??

You don't have any proof nor an IGN of the player who did said thing, so no action can be taken until you show proof with a screenshot.
