PvE/ICD for me. Don't ask me why. I don't know either. Lol. It's just that I really think that having a lot of ICD compared to STR will boost your damage. As for the formula, I don't know. At the end of the day, I'm just basing my answer on my experience.

ICD do more damage , if you focus on STR, you may deal more using skills , but that's useless in boss hunting.

Hello. This question is very broad, I dare say. It depends on the class you're using really.

If you're using a Slayer, then ICD/PVE would be the best choice judging you're using normal attacks. But, if you use skills, as what Kazwell has said, Str/Pve would go better.

If you're using a Force Master, then same story. I know that using FMs for hunting here would be not as efficient as Slayers/Seraphs/Crackshooters but I know some people who did use the class.

btw, I compared Slayer and Force Master because the title. They are the only ones, in my opinion, that would be of choice between PVE/ICD or PVE/STR

Note to self: If using normal attacks to deal damage then PVE/ICD would be better. If using skills on the other hand, PvE/Raw Stats then.

PS: I'm not sure if PvE amplifies skill damage or not. Might look for other players for answers to that question

Crackshooter is the best in colosseum! No questions asked. Hahhhaa. Seriously, just go for the character you love the most instead. It's PVE/ICD I believe.. Smile

Assuming you have high base attack power, ICD increases your damage output more than STR. However if you have low base attack power, STR will increase your critical damage more than ICD. Thing is that characters in Mazey Flyff have such high base stats and power already that ICD will benefit more than STR. Applies only to normal attacks.

For instance if 1 STR = 4 DMG, 2 STR = 8 DMG

If you deal 10 DMG, 10 DMG + 2% ICD = 12 DMG while 10 DMG + 2 STR = 18 DMG.

But 100 000 DMG + 2 STR = 100 008 DMG, while 100 000 + 2% ICD = 102 000

10 DMG +2% Crit dmg ) 10,2 DMG, 10DMG + 2STR isnt that easy to calculate.

For example, your base STR is like 15, your ATK of your Weap is at 1, your weap upgrade is at 0, your Added ATK = 0, your lvl is 175, and you use a sword:
you'll do 208 DMG
Now we are talking about 100% crit chance, so your dmg will be at 416.
If you add now 15 STR and your on 30 STR you'll do around
275,5(normal), crit is 551
If you stay on your 15 STR and add 15 Adoch your at
478,5.

But this isnt fully true, because to calculate the increased crit dmg u need to know the monsters defensive, level, megic resitance, element.
I just took the ATK Value as the dealed Damage.(I know its wrong)
