hey there guys, it seems that i can't use RM AOE skill in Azria. Why is that?

You can not use the Seraph AoE skill because its been disabled in Azria and other places where Red Chips drop.
The reason for this is because many people usually abuse the skill, for example "Eva" (Skill for Arcanist).
Lets say you have it binded to F1, if it wasn't disabled people can just stand in a place and put something on their F1 Key and go afk and earn Red Chips and other items while being afk which is forbidden.
For farming Red Chips in Azria i would suggest Arcanist, just kill directly or gather a large amount of Monster then just use the skill "Windfield" and kill them.
Im not 100% sure why the RM Skill is blocked but thats what i would guess.
