Login Error

hello to all !!!! Just now this is happening....The login pages are pretty laggy [Eg: Server selection , character selection ] .....and then my character ends up loggin in an empty area where there is no one.....its just me ....and then when i log out the page wont close...it freezes in the last second..have to force close it.. ..Tried it many times with all accounts.....Hoping for a fast help .....

Hmm, i would guess it have something to do with your internet connection, try closing other applications like skype/teamspeak/chrome etc. I had same problem before at that helped for me.

And if nothing works try putting all your setting on the lowest and just adjust them in game

Tried all ... closed all other apps and tried..... still isnt working..i get ended up lonely again

Is this empty area the Market Town?

No i was at azira....But when i try with my Jio internet it does work......So is it that my modem connection is bad ? But still it is in a high speed plan.....

You may be missing a few game files, try re-installing the game or using another installing method, like Mediafire or MEGA.

how come i might me missing some files ?? when i change my internet connection to my mobile's net i can play the game...only when i use my modem connection this problem comes now a days.....

Ah, I see. The game generally requires some sort of stabile network connection, and it seems that's not the case when you connect your computer to your modem. Try to find ways of getting better network connection, you can use cable or other solutions.

I changed my ethernet cable and it seems to work fine now...Thanks a Lot for your help and active response
