about the client

good day am new in this server and the client is giving me a hard time when i start to run the patcher and the patch fisnish and start the game nothing happens no error comes up or anything just the patcher closes ...
i've already tried everything in this guide https://mazeyflyff.forumotion.net/t2472-newbie-guide-101 none of this works for me

what should i do ? am running a 64 bit windows 7 OS
