I need help about perm ban on my accts

Hi there dear felows , i got all my accounts perm ban , that was na isues with Seven i would like to know why i got perm ban from the game since i never hack or desrespect the rules , i never used programs or that kinda of iligal programs on the game ... i really dlike to get them back , im glad to know that we are protected by mazey cumuniti .
