Everytime I try to change my stats from STA to STR, I get this message http://prntscr.com/g5bczs

It's been like 2 days since i've logged and it still hasn't stopped showing this everytime i try to reset stats. Any suggestions?

Put it on F1/F2 or any other key, and use it that way.
