Can't Log-in Due to hang-up

I have a concern because my account named xAlexis got bug due to hang-up in entering in the character selection, the last time i log-in is yesterday night 9/2/2017 where Shai having a event in Coral Hide n Seek when i bought ticket and teleport to Coral i got hang-up until now i cant log-in due to hang-up.
