HI EVERYBODY... I HAVE A PROBLEM PLEASE HELP ME WHEN I OPENED THE TREASURE BOX WITH A GOLD KEY AND WHEN I OPENED IT.. IT HAD 3 ITEMS IN 3 BOXES WHEN I PRESSED OK NOTHING HAPPEND EVEN 1 ITEM I DID NOT GET PLEASE HELP ME GM'S AND STAFF'S AND HEAD GM AND DAILY PLEASE REALLY REALLY HELP ME YOU ONCE HELPED ME SO PLEASE HELP ME AGAIN

what are those items? maybe you already have them in your inventory. e.g. rema, blue rema and upcut stone

Probably you got like 10 remas from the box, dont cry it happens since its not guranteed you'll get rare items in just one try.

It is not guaranteed to recieve any items from Colosseum boxes, but if it turns out to be the fact that you actually won 3 different items from a Colosseum Box but didn't recieve them, there is a high possibilty that the Box was bugged. However, if the items you were supposed to recieve were cash shop enhancements and consumables like Upcut Stones and Remantis, then I don't really think that it should be a real business. Though if the rewards were for example Master King's weapons and Color Names, maybe contact an Admin and seek for help.

As mentioned above, it is possible to receive nothing from the boxes.
I have encountered this myself, with about 7 boxes in a row.
It's not a bug.
