So he was shouting he would buy a robotic white angel for a ridiculous amount of RP, when I bought one to sell it to him from the RC vendor I pmed him about it and he suddenly 'changes his mind'. I assume he was trying to trick people into buying his own robotic angel from his other account.

He then goes off when I confront him about the report.
