What happen to my character its frozen. I read all the In-game rules and I din't break it. Can somebody help me? Sad

I was collecting in the collecting area and suddenly my character got disconnected from the game and when I log-in, my character can't move "Frozen". Sad

You tried collecting again? Don't un-equip your collector. Just try to collect again. Well that is if you are still at collecting area.

I tried to PM you in-game but you seems to be offline. If you can, please be online in-game while Daily and Florentina are still there. They can help you.

EDIT: Already talked to Daily to check your character. After she give me the confirmation, I will relay the message to this post. Just keep an eye on this topic.
