frozen character

Hi can you help me please? my cousin's character is frozen. it was in the collecting area and when he checked it out it was dead. his character was dead because his guild had GW when he clicked lodestar and it was back in the town it was frozen. help please thanks. IGN: xXxThorxXx

Press the button START on the collector window. I know it is not going to start to collect but when we get frozen, clicking that button when we are in the collecting field solves the problem... maybe it can do the same outside the collecting field... well... give it a shot.

Yup. It could be a solution. But if you are teleported to Flaris (it sometimes happen) and you are frozen, you need an Admin for that case. Let us know here so an Admin can see it or we can message an Admin for you.

Then equip it.
