When you're on refuse trade or refuse friend requests, there should be a system message that pops up to let the other person know that you're not accepting invitations such as those, as it does when you try to invite someone to a party whilst being on refuse.

This would be a good idea, having a system message pop up will let people know the person don't accept friends/party/duel/trade requests etc. If that doesn't pop up people might end up trying to send you a request everytime, like a trade request. And if you forgot you turned off trade requests you will both wonder what's going on for some time until someone realises it.

I also agree with this. I have had my fare share of confusion wondering why I can't get a trade or friend request. Smile
