About the Slow WAND POWER....NOT SO FAST

I believe that something similar was attempted with arrows (the default arrow speed was increased) which caused all attacks to not register. The wand attack likely has the same property.

still now a wand user Arcanist in Arena

wand normal is too powerfull and has knockback effect,

better do normall attack wand and add some looting for it to land
