Is there any scrolls that can remove the pk status? The one when your name turns red?

None If we have that I think play will abuse it, by means of Hunting boss like Red Meteonyker, Killing them and loot their drops by mobs.

Just go to Confession NPC Darkon 1 near Drill mobs or in the Flaris.
