Maybe ambassador can help you in-game? He can do %kick right? Though I don't think if that is useful. Lol. Just try to message him in-game. Or any GM online.

It's not my character XD .. em just helping a dude, and Nah.. Ambassadors can't teleport players, kick won't help either.

Then he/she is doomed. Lol. Well I hope he can get help as soon as possible and how good of you to help him/her. Keep it up!

He might not have an updated patch of the market town.
Solution:
Go to Mazey Flyff Client Folder> Open World folder> Create new folder and rename to WdMarket

If in case the person visits chatbox again, please refer this post so he will be able to fix his concern.

He already did that but unfortunately it didn't worked.

Can he access the Teleport by pressing Z?

He can't log in his character.

try delete the Neuz.exe?
what is he using win7-8 or WinXP?
also turn off or disable the anti virus?

Open mazey flyff folder then look for Setting configuration "neuz" then open it ctr+a then delete after that copy this below! and paste it inside the neuz and save it then repatch^
