My character is stuck on a barren land

Help me please,

I went to keldhor cave to go dungeoning, but right after entering my client crashed. I tried logging back in with my character and what suprised me was I am stuck on this empty flaris town. I am unable to teleport, no NPCs and players around the place at all. I then tried logging in with my second character and he seems to be fine. Please help me.
