no no no this is not spam.. take it easy as i.. this is just question as you can see what title says, and i wait answer .

It depends on the level of violation committed. (I.e. Glitch abuse = 2day ban, etc) However, we are not lifting banned accounts with permanent sanction of offense. (i.e. selling items/rp for real money or trading accounts to other game accounts, hacking, scamming, etc)

my account isnt problem.. my ip is in blacklist.. where i turn with this problem?
maybe i can help you with this game sonehow and then maybe i can be in whitelist again?

We are still unsure why random players are experiencing an IP banned although the ip nor account was not banned by any of the staff. Maybe it's due to hardship in connecting in-game. Try to reset/turn-off your modem for 15 minutes. Let me know if it worked.
