any GM on Message me i need you sir

Sir i cant enter the game if i choose my character and i press enter and waiting  and  i cant enter untill the flyff will colapse and go back to my destop??? what i can do to fix it sir???

Delete neuz.exe then re-patch, go to your patcher's "Options", set everything to low. Start the game.
