My acct got banned w/o particular reason

Good day Ma'am/ Sir,

My acct got banned for some reason and i ask a gm who's online this day (Nov. 11, 2014) she said my acct got banned cause im trading it for real money currency and for other games though im not doing it and someone are using my old pictures of my acct when i ps it
thats all sir

If you got an answer then you better believe it. Before a GM could ban a character, it undergoes series of investigations especially when it comes to real life selling where it is sensitive and rather delicate. But if you are really troubled, message Grey or Daily here at forums and refrain from making another topic. Kindly wait for their replies. Good luck.
