Bank Problem

After using common bank:

Before: in bank

Items left inside the bank:

This is rather unique to me. I've never heard this kind of trouble before. I mean Common Bank is working for me. I always use it since I started joining and I never had this kind of problem. But nonetheless, message Grey or Daily here at forums because they can check your game logs. Do you share your account with someone? Did this happen right after you used Common Bank scroll?

And please use English language only here at forums. Good luck, fellow PH player. I really hope you could get your items back.

Im the only one knows my account
I placed my items in the bank and i doubled check them and then i logout.
I created a new char in the same account. And when i used the common bank only few items are left.
this happen today at 9:00 , Nov. 15 or before i think.

I see. That's too bad. Anyways, let's just wait for Grey or Daily's response to this topic. And I urge you to message them as well. Though don't spam them. The least that you can do for now is just wait for their response. And please don't make another topic regarding this. One is enough. Good luck again!

You didn't delete any character? You just created a new one?

Yeah i think if you delete the character, the bank of the character is deleted too, even if you have a common bank scroll, i didn't try it and i don't want to xD
