Can someone Help me with my problem

hi admin/gm/moderator/developer/and person who can help me

1st- i download the latest client...
2nd- i extract the client
3rd- i open the launcher..
4th- i update all the files
5th- when the update done..
6th- i press start
7th- nothing happen..
8th- no game came up


please someone can help me with this
