How can i increase my HOP speed ? . i'm a FD YJ but slower than Bp Asal lol -__-

You can through hacking and bug exploiting. Other than that, the HoP casting speed cannot be sped up like Burst Crack and Keenwheel. That's one reason why people make a forcemaster instead of harlequin O.o
