upgrade +10 (masks / fashion / cloak / wings)

personal hello would like to ask you guys if you like to show the video or something already tried everything and not found the NPC. And many players want to say and not even want to say how PR is to leave masks / fashion / cloak / + 10 wings, just like in this image.

Hmm, I'm kinda lost. But bear with my assumption. You want to have +10 on your Cloak right?

Here's how it goes: First, you need to have a Premium Status. Use Premium Scroll 3 Days or Premium Scroll 1 Hour. Then place the item you want to have a +10 on the first slot of your inventory. And after that, type /PremiumUpgrade.

In order to upgrade a fashion item to +10, you need to put the desired fashion item in the FIRST slot in your inventory. Then you type in a command in your chat box with the following: /PremiumUpgrade

This command requires you to have Premium Status, which can be bought for 1RP or less in Player Shops or for 2RP in at a RC Merchant.

If this is still confusing, maybe some other players can explain in a different and easier way
