What happened was a 3vs1 fight, with 2 FMs and 1 Harelquin in LastButNotTheLeast guild, and 1 FM (Umeryon) on eXo guild alone. Umeryon was able to score a few points while almost all the points were given to QuickDraw. It's hard to say that it is feeding although it would fall as point fixing if they let QuickDraw kill Umeryon alone, but it's something hard to justify as different situations might have happened during that siege. Since the evidence given wasn't enough, there's nothing much we can do about it for now.
