this option will allow the user who post a new topic to block a user if he/she dont like the comment of anyone except staff of course.

-1 users have the right to block like mod? What does the mod do? I never see that in other 4rums.

I'm with Jack on this. Being able to block users from your threads is something that shouldn't exist. The forums are here as a platform for open (civilised) discussion. Users should have no power other than opinions on this platform.
