I would suggest to use the "EDIT" button if you want to add/edit something on your post to avoid multiple/double posting
You would rather be an INT Seraph for PvP than ICD, chances of hitting critical is very low even if you're using critial cloak and it has something to do with the server's block or hit rate (correct me if I'm wrong)
But basically a big NO for PvP seraph unless someone makes a breakthrough.

Economic wise ICD Seraph is the way yo go.
1) ICD Seraphs do better damage
2) They don't rely on skill cool down
3) Nobody uses FD INT Seraph for PVE purpose.

Btw sir if i will going to be an ICD seraph should i go for int stat or str stat?and if i will buy aurum with stat plus should i go for str+ or int+?

Go with STR. You probably wouldn't need INT stat for a seraph unless you want your GT buff to last longer. But for pvp/pve, then just go pure str and icd all the way.
