Having some patch issues

Regarding on the ERROR: File Not Found CODE:12150 RESULT:4

I already followed the steps like turning off the router and manually setting up the dns server on my internet connection.

I tried the suggested dns servers from the mazeyflyff wikia and still get the same error.

And one of the dns servers that i followed from the wikia gave me another error like CODE:12007 RESULT:2

please help me. i wanna fully patch my mazeyflyff

*im referring to my desktop computer

If you are receiving the error message: CODE: 12007 RESULT: 2, simply delete neuz.exe and rematch.

Remember to turn on your router again :O

I have no other solutions in my mind. Better wait for another person with the right solution or a customer service representative.
