In PvP, Psy does max Crits(Depend on Enemy, i mean full adoch type)
In PvE i think "usual" its the yoyo Jester/templer. (Highest Crit)
In DoT 100% Blade.

I would say that I 99% disagree with the post above. Crackshooter has the highest single single critical damage in game, while Slayers have the highest damage per second. Both PvP and PvE

Well psy does it hit miss on certain way or no is there a way to block psy adoch tell me the weekness of psy adoch

Basically it does not count to mentalists only, but wands in general. If you are a wand user, you will deal more damage the more INT stat you have and the higher ICD your target has. That means that if you use a wand and shoot a magic ball on slayer, he or she should be knocked out instantly. Another thing I want to point out is that there are no such thing as ADOCH psy, because ICD does only increase your damage by a tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny little amount
