I started new and i don't wanna donate money. Which is the best class for pvp and for the money for non-donor thanks

For beginners:

Option 1: The farming option
PvP: Arcanist
PvE: Arcanist

Option 2: The other farming option
PvP: Arcanist
PvE: Slayer

Option 3: The standard option
PvP: Forcemaster
PvE: Slayer

Just test out the different classes, and you will eventually see which class fits you the best.

For Forcemaster, take a look at this topic: https://mazeyflyff.forumotion.net/t3029-guide-non-donor-force-master. Harlequins need some investments in order to push their damage. That's why I don't suggest Harlequin for beginners.

Is there a massive difference between Non-donor FM and Full-Donor FM?

Yes, I would say so. In term of damage, you will likely do more than a billion damage with FD FM, while as a regular FM you will only be able to push your damage to 300m. Well, with proper gear I believe the maximum is somewhat around 400-500m. When thinking about HP, you can as a FD FM switch between HP and DMG gear, increasing your survivability by a lot. As a non-donor FM your HP gear will not be really impressive.
