i wanna ask is the loot pet Turtle Four Star, GM loot pet ?. and is there any effect having a GM loot pet instead of you can achieve Buffs from it ?

Yeah it is a GM buff/looter pet. And nope, there are no additional effects or stats aside from having the ability to buff you. GM buff/looter pet--obviously--just looks better compared to RC pets.
