Hey mate, in terms of dmg i assume you're referring to EVA which caps at 300m so you won't be going any higher.

Since EVA is capped i tend to run around with my lion out because it doesn't affect my dmg and my HP ranges from 350-400m. This is of course if i'm casting WF in siege i swap them over).

If you want my advice, legendary helps, but not enough to spend 200-300$+ over. (Realistically).
