Are you sure about the character you opened?
it might be that you overlook the character that received the item.

I've cheked in 3 chars i got in that account and nothing, i got the log buying register, but no item

Almost a day since that problem, and i got not a staff reply, i hope you can fix this, i wont lost that vp, its not fair to lost it by a game bug~i sent yesterday the pictures by fb msg, hope you watch it.
