POST BOX MAILING BUGGG

Just in today i experience bug in mailing my items to my other character. I always use to do reply in mailing my other character since i do lots of mailing transaction back then but today after clicking send no prompt message show that the mail is sent but the item that i send lost in my inventory and when i login my character ( the receiver of the mail ) no notification from mail box showing that i receive a new mail. Maybe because of server offline last night September 13, 2017.Btw my items that lost is my hipster black and mushroom hat I hope to fix
