i have an account with 2 characters and one have all mi donor stuffs, i can use perfectly the normal one but when i tried to use the donor, the window stops and closes. What should i do?

this happens again, I created a new account with a new character and then donated but after a few hours playing, this character with my donor things cant enter to the game and i didn't find an answer on the guide, i think this game is stealing my money or someone stole my account, what i have to do to recover my money or my donor things or my dpoints?
